The Emmit Garden sewer relining project is scheduled to start Mon. 02/14/22. The project will last about a week. Mr. Rehab will do prep work on 02/14/22 and 02/15/22. Beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Wed. 02/16/22 relining will start. During this time impacted properties must refrain from using water including but not limited to showering, toilet flushing and washing clothes. Town staff will be working with the contractor to ensure notices are posted on doors with a tentative schedule of homes affected. Home owners may encounter a slight smell while the line is cured. To prevent this, please ensure all sanitary traps have water in them.
A tentative schedule for the sewer relining project is:
Wednesday 02/16/22 – Park Drive
Thursday 02/17/22 – 2nd Avenue
Friday 02/18/22 – East Main Street Extended
